It’s official! APCA DFW is hosting 2 boats this year and proud to introduce Dragon Boat Z and Survive Oars teams. APCA DFW has participated in the festival in the past 5 years and won multiple trophies for 3 years in a row!
Take ownership of your health and wellness with the Chairman’s Challenge while having fun at the Dragon Boat Festival. The festival is a cultural and educational event that promotes intercultural understanding, showcases diverse culture, and celebrates Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. It is an all-day family friendly fun event and we promise that it’s going to be a blast! We’ll have an AT&T tent and race tents set up. When you’re not racing or watching our competition, you can enjoy the festival and go support our AT&T volunteers at the AT&T booth. If you are interested in being an alternative rower, please contact Jessica Yang. For more information, check out http://www.dfwdragonboatfestival.com/.

We are so grateful to our members who generously shared their family recipes with us. Most of these recipes have been passed down through several generations. Although these recipes are unique to each Asian country, we share a similar philosophy and science in the art of cooking. In Asian cooking, there are three important elements: healthy ingredients, healthy ways of cooking, and producing harmony by blending the twin energies of Ying and Yang. By combining foods to create harmony, we produce strength in our body, mind, and soul. Therefore, we believe it is important to think happy thoughts about our loved ones while preparing foods. Happy Cooking ~ the APCA way!
Please visit the APCA Cookbook website designated for Cookbook for additional details and recipes. http://apcacookbook.org/preface/.
To purchase an APCA cookbook, please click http://apcacookbook.org/cookbook/. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the APCA flagship programs including the APCA Scholarship Program, APCA Awareness Day, Dragon Boat Festival, etc
